    I've gotten back into Crossfit after a break of two years and just finished the 3-session Intro. Cameron has been excellent from the start - has gone through all the major skills required by breaking them down to their elements and getting me doing them correctly. Having trained in other boxes I've found the attention to detail and the friendliness of Crossfit Disposition sets it apart.
